Atrial Fibrillation

Are You a Candidate?

Candidates for the Mini MAZE surgery

  • Confirmed diagnosis of atrial fibrillation
  • Age between 18 & 80
  • Symptomatic
  • Failed anti-arrhythmic/rate control drugs or intolerant to them
  • Intolerance to warfarin or unable to maintain proper INR levels
  • Stroke while on Coumadin

 

Candidates for the Full Cox MAZE- IV Procedure

  • Virtually all patients with AF undergoing a coronary or valve procedure
